The shape consists of a flexible, yet stable ring made of platinum silicone, which is stretched around a robust and cut-resistant glass base.

A special feature of the Lurch springform pan is the rubber lip at the closing point, which protects against leakage, especially with more liquid cakes, such as cheesecake.

The silicone edge of the cake pan has a non-stick coating and can therefore be easily removed from the baked goods without prior greasing.

After baking, simply remove the silicone edge and the cake can be cut and served directly on the cut-resistant glass base.

After snacking, the mold can then be put directly into the dishwasher, so that the silicone ring and glass base can be cleaned perfectly without any effort.
