Heat resistant up to 450°C - maximum recommended operating temperature at 220°.

The traditional "Martini goose" or the legendary "Christmas goose" become particularly crispy in the goose roaster made of blue enamel. The oval enamel roaster with handles and lid is exactly the right choice for this - but not only for this.

Available in two sizes, the oval goose roaster with lid is just right for stewing meat for hours. The lid closes perfectly thanks to the fold in the lower part of the roaster and is also equipped with two handles. It is highly recommended to use an oven mitt when removing. In the form, the roast can then be cut without any problems. After the meal, the goose roaster is easy to clean.

The enamel preserves the flavors and the lid doesn't let the liquid escape. And best of all - with this piece you have two forms at once: If you don't need the lid, the roasting lid itself can be used as an additional baking and roasting dish with grooves on the bottom.

Thanks to the iron core, the heat in our enamel baking and roasting pans is conducted quickly and stored perfectly: for sustainable, energy-saving and all-round even roasting or baking.

The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamel crockery will last for a long time and retain its typical shine.
